The kitchen has always been the heart of Denise’s home with family and friends gathering here, glass of wine in hand, to partake in the preparation of food, cooked with love. The essence of Ginger & Lime Food Studio is opening up this experience to share it with others.

“There is always love and laughter in my kitchen. Something very special happens when people cook together. They connect very quickly on a deep level and this shared experience energises and feeds not only the body, but also the soul.” says Denise.

As the business of Ginger & Lime and Salt & Sage expanded beyond expectation. They are now able to host private and corporate functions for from 30 to 80 pax depending on the event. This space offers fully professional kitchen studios which can be hired for demo and interactive purposes for larger scale events as well as the international concept of “shared kitchen studio space”. There is a welcome bar area, as well as space to set up dining tables for harvest table style meals. Always one step ahead, Denise once again leads the way. She has enlisted a partner in this project this time, one of her proteges who owns Salt & Sage, Kim Jordan, as it is time to share the load with this dynamic young lady.
